The Relationship of Organisational Trust with Organisational Justice, Organisational Commitment, and Organisational Citizenship Behaviours in Educational Organisations: A Meta-Analysis

The purpose of this study is to determine the mean effect sizes relationship organisational trust with justice, commitment, and citizenship behaviours in educational organisations. In accordance purpose, a meta-analysis was conducted that included studies published between 1997 2020 regard specified relationships. total, 34 (N total = 17,271) were concerning teachers’ justice perceptions, 35 15,874) for 27 14,991) behaviours. also examined these variables terms their sub-dimensions. consisted researches United States (USA), China, Indonesia, Netherlands, Iran, Israel, Canada, Kuwait, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand, Taiwan, Turkey. examination funnel plots, Duval Tweedie’s Trim Fill technique, Orwin’s Fail-Safe N analysis, Egger’s regression test confirmed an absence publication bias. Fisher’s ? coefficient used size analyses performed using random-effects model. determined be at high level, whereas commitment moderate level. results showed relationships did not differ sub-groups grade-level (primary lower secondary or upper secondary), study-type (article graduate thesis), study-year (2010 before, 2011 2015, 2016 after), but significantly differed country groups (America, Europe, Asia, Eurasia).
